1. Account Registration and Identity Verification

By registering on this platform, you confirm that all personal information provided including your full name, date of birth, NID number, and phone number is accurate and matches your National ID (NID) card. Your phone number must be registered under your NID. Any false, misleading, or fraudulent information will result in immediate account rejection or termination.

2. Purpose of the Platform

This platform provides SMS messaging services for approved users. Upon admin approval, you will be able to send SMS messages including promotional campaigns, notifications, and transactional messages through our system.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use this platform to:

Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or unwanted commercial content
Send threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or hateful messages
Send fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading content
Impersonate any person, business, or organization
Send messages containing malware, phishing links, or harmful content
Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or BTRC guidelines
Send messages to numbers without proper consent from the recipients

4. SMS Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all SMS content sent through your account. The platform reserves the right to monitor, review, and block any messages that violate these terms. Repeated violations will result in permanent account suspension.

5. Data Privacy and Security

Your personal data (NID, phone number, address, documents) is stored securely and will only be used for identity verification and account management. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Your password is encrypted and cannot be viewed by administrators.

6. Account Approval and Termination

All registrations are subject to admin review and approval. The admin reserves the right to approve, reject, or suspend any account at any time without prior notice.

7. Compliance with Laws

You agree to comply with all applicable laws of Bangladesh, including the Bangladesh Telecommunication Act, ICT Act, Digital Security Act, and any BTRC regulations regarding bulk SMS and promotional messaging.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
