1. Account Registration and Identity Verification

By registering on this platform, you confirm that all personal information provided including your full name, date of birth, NID number, and phone number is accurate and matches your National ID (NID) card. Your phone number must be registered under your NID. A passport-size photograph is required for identity verification purposes only. Any false, misleading, or fraudulent information will result in immediate account rejection or termination.

2. Purpose of the Platform

This platform provides bulk SMS messaging services for approved users. Upon admin approval, you will be able to send promotional campaigns, notifications, OTP messages, and transactional SMS through our system. Access to the SMS portal is granted only after successful identity verification and admin approval.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use this platform to:

Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or unwanted commercial content
Send threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or hateful messages
Send fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading content
Impersonate any person, business, or organization
Send messages containing malware, phishing links, or harmful content
Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or BTRC (Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission) guidelines
Send messages to numbers without proper consent from the recipients
Use the platform for any illegal, unethical, or unauthorized purpose

4. SMS Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all SMS content sent through your account. The platform reserves the right to monitor, review, and block any messages that violate these terms or applicable laws. Repeated violations will result in permanent account suspension without refund.

5. Account Approval and Termination

All registrations are subject to admin review and approval. The admin reserves the right to approve, reject, or suspend any account at any time without prior notice. Reasons for rejection or suspension include but are not limited to: identity mismatch, suspicious activity, misuse of SMS services, or violation of these terms.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain uninterrupted service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

7. Compliance with Laws

You agree to comply with all applicable laws of Bangladesh, including the Bangladesh Telecommunication Act, ICT Act, Digital Security Act, and any BTRC regulations regarding bulk SMS and promotional messaging. You are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions before sending marketing messages.

8. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided on an as-is basis. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to message delivery failures, data loss, or unauthorized access to your account.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Users will be notified of significant changes via SMS or email.
